PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency medical information medium, an emergency medical system, and an emergency medical management method which prevent leakage of personal information and also enable a third person to acquire the personal information in an emergency.SOLUTION: On an emergency medical information medium which is to be used in an emergency medical system, a code 13 is printed in which personal information and authentication request are embedded. The code 13 reproduces personal information by being read by a reading terminal 20 and receiving input of authentication information d of a medical institution or an ambulance crew. |
