PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel capable of achieving cost reduction and improvement in workability, and an optical device using the same.SOLUTION: In the lens barrel, a lens holding barrel 21 holding a lens B is housed in an outer barrel 11, and the lens holding barrel 21 is held in such a manner that the position thereof can be adjusted so as to move the lens B in the optical axis direction. The lens barrel has: at least one V-shaped groove 25 or trapezoid-shaped groove formed on the outer periphery of the lens holding barrel 21 and having a first inclined surface 23 and a second inclined surface 24 which face each other; and a first adjustment screw 31 and a second adjustment screw 32 which are screwed on the outer peripheral surface of the outer barrel 11 toward the approximate center of the outer barrel 11 so as to be movable forward and backward, the tip end of the first adjustment screw 31 being in contact with the first inclined surface 23, and the tip end of the second adjustment screw 32 being in contact with the second inclined surface 24. |
