PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower electrical potential of an inkjet head and suppress residual compression stress of an active part to be small.SOLUTION: A channel unit 18 has: a manifold plate 25 extending along arrangement planes of a plurality of pressure chambers 21 and formed of a 42 alloy having at least a part of an ink channel formed thereon; and a damper plate 26 having the manifold plate 25 laminated thereon, and containing a second portion 48 formed of stainless steel in one part and a first portion 47 in a part other than the second portion 48 formed of the 42 alloy whose thermal expansion coefficient is smaller than that of the stainless steel. The stainless steel has a lower normal electrode potential and a larger thermal expansion coefficient than those of the 42 alloy. |
