PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which, even when abnormality occurs in a signage apparatus and a system, a viewer is not allowed to recognize the occurrence of the abnormality and, even when the signage apparatus is not capable of notifying a manager of the occurrence of the abnormality directly, the manager is promptly notified of the fact and detail of fault occurrence.SOLUTION: When a fault occurs in a signage apparatus, a special code is displayed on a monitor. When a viewer reads the code by predetermined means, communication is performed from a network terminal of the viewer to a predetermined network apparatus. When the predetermined network apparatus detects communication from a viewer, the fault content is transmitted to a manager of the signage apparatus by e-mail and the like. |
