PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembly workability of a choke coil, and to prevent erroneous mounting of the choke coil. ! SOLUTION: A stroboscopic device includes a luminescence part that emits stroboscopic light. The stroboscopic device at least includes: a holding member that holds the luminescence part; and a flexible substrate arranged on a back side of the holding member of the luminescence part. A first positioning part for fitting in a center hole of a choke coil and a second positioning part for regulating at least a position of one terminal part of the choke coil are formed at the holding member of the luminescence part. !
