A method is disclosed comprising generating, using computing apparatus, in relation to a repository of computer-readable messages accessible by the computing apparatus, a graphical representation for display using a display device of a list of file attachments attached to said messages. The listed file attachments are grouped by the messages to which they are respectively attached. Each list entry may correspond to the attachments of one message.
