<p>A radiation image analysis device and method capable of calculating a highly reliable EI without requiring time and effort, and a radiation imaging device are provided. An electronic cassette is provided with a receptor field setting unit which, during X-ray irradiation, automatically and on the basis of an exposure amount signal from the detection pixels, sets the receptor field, which is a region of detection pixels that detects the exposure amount for AEC. A console acquires with an information acquisition unit an X-ray image and the receptor field information set in the receptor field setting unit. A calculation unit defines the receptor field set in the receptor field setting unit as a calculation region for calculating the EI, extracts a representative value (V) from the pixel values of the pixels present in the receptor field, and calculates the EI on the basis of the extracted representative value (V).</p> |
