PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current output circuit that stabilizes an output current at a predetermined value at high speed.SOLUTION: The current output circuit includes: a current mirror circuit (1) that has first and second transistors (M1, M2) each having a source connected to a reference voltage, and outputs a current proportional to a drain current of the first transistor (M1) from a drain of the second transistor (M2); a switch (Q2) for turning on/off the current output of the current mirror circuit (1); a third transistor (M3) having a gate connected to a gate of the second transistor (M2); and a bias circuit (5) for feeding a first voltage to a drain of the third transistor (M3). The bias circuit (5) switches the first voltage between two different voltages in synchronism with the on/off action of the switch (Q2).
