PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition which is excellent in electrical characteristics, flexibility, and low warpage properties and in which generation of cracks and occurrence of poor appearance are suppressed.SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains (A) a carboxyl group-containing urethane resin, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, and (C) an organic filler whose surface is coated with silica. The organic filler (C) whose surface is coated with silica is preferably a urethane resin whose surface is coated with silica.
