PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device capable of improving at least one of workability of maintenance work and installability of a recording medium, and reducing an installation space.SOLUTION: A recording device includes: a recording unit for performing recording to a recording medium; a support unit for supporting the recording medium; a moving unit for relatively moving the support unit with respect to the recording unit in a first direction between a set position in which the recording medium is set to the support unit and a recording position in which the recording is performed to the recording medium supported by the support unit by using the recording unit; and an operation unit for operating the recording unit and the moving unit. A set position side end in the first direction of the operation unit is positioned at a recording unit side from a recording unit side end in the first direction of the support unit in a state where the support unit is positioned at the set position. The operation unit, in a second direction crossing the first direction, at least partially overlaps the moving unit. |
