A radiation image processing device which, even when a receptor field is automatically set during imaging, can acquire display images appropriate for observation over time with a simple method is provided. An electronic cassette is provided with a receptor field setting unit which, during X-ray irradiation, automatically and on the basis of an exposure amount signal from the detection pixels, sets the receptor field, which is a region of detection pixels that detects the exposure amount for AEC. A console acquires with an information acquisition unit an X-ray image and the receptor field information set in the receptor field setting unit. On the basis of receptor field information, a positioning processing unit positions the same imaging sites of the same imaging subject such that, for multiple display images corresponding to multiple X-ray images obtained by imaging multiple times with a time delay, the positions of the subject rendered in the multiple X-ray images match. |
