A control method and system for automatic and quantitative fluid supply. In a process of automatic and quantitative fluid supply, a required time t in which gas (20) is added into a sealing tank (4) so that the pressure inside the sealing tank (4) reaches a preset value is counted, and a required time T in which the gas (20) is continuously added into the sealing tank (4) to push out a fluid of a fixed volume (V) is calculated according to a preset formula, so as to automatically control on-and-off of a gas passage (1); therefore, quantitative fluid supply is automatically controlled, the influence of liquid level drawdown on the precision of quantitative supply can be eliminated, and the precision demands of multiple times of quantitative supply are guaranteed.
