The present invention provides an opening-closing device of a manuscript pressing plate, which effectively prevents finger pressing injury below an assembling position of the manuscript pressing plate when the manuscript pressing plate is assembled on an OA apparatus body or the OA apparatus is repaired, and an OA apparatus with the opening-closing device of the manuscript pressing plate. According to the invention, a finger pressing preventing facility is provided between the back part of an assembling component and the back part of the supporting component in the opening-closing device of the manuscript pressing plate for the OA apparatus. The finger pressing preventing facility comprises a stop element and an extending part. The stop element is provided with a pair of projections at the upper end of the back board of the assembling component. The extending part is provided with a groove part and extends for opening the back part of the supporting component. The projections are inserted into the groove through a preset opening angle of the manuscript pressing plate. |
