PURPOSE: A portable terminal including voice recognition location tracking function is provided to automatically transmit a location signal and a dangerous situation signal to a set transmission place by determining a dangerous situation. CONSTITUTION: An exclusive microphone(140) receives an actual spot sound. A location confirmation module(150) includes a self-position tracking function. A DB(Database)(160) stores prohibition word data which is constructed by a prohibition word and a prohibition sentence. A control module(130) compares extracted voices with the prohibition word and the prohibition sentence. When the extracted voice is matched with the prohibition word and the prohibition sentence, the control module transmits the self-position information tracked by the location confirmation module through a communication module.
