PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) gas cooling device, capable of cooling an EGR gas without giving an adverse influence to fuel consumption. SOLUTION: A motor 7 converting heat of the EGR gas, flowing in an EGR pipe 3 in a near part of an exhaust manifold 23, into sound in a loop pipe 2 is formed, a refrigerator 12 cooling intake air by converting sound in the loop pipe 2 into cold heat is formed and a direct motor 13 obtaining power by changing a magnetic flux between a vibrator vibrated by sound in the loop pipe 2 and stator fixed to the loop pipe 2 is formed.
