The assembly has a selection unit (304) for extracting a significant reference (306) for a small group of patients. The selection unit extracts the reference by performing a comparison between data associated with a marker indicating the presence of a noxious event and data associated with the marker indicating the absence of the noxious event. A decision tree creation unit (308) defines successive thresholds of the decision tree and the thresholds are prioritized in Boolean configuration. The decision tree is transmitted to a set of classifiers of a medical device such as pacemaker.
