Extension of the attributes of a credential request

The method involves sending a credential request (302) by client (301) in order to make a credential issuer (340) to prepare security credential (350). The credential request is received by credential attribute intermediary (320) connected between client and credential issuer. The attributes (b1-b3) of client is ascertained by credential attribute intermediary. The security credential is issued by the credential issuer, based on credential request received by credential attribute intermediary and based on the attributes confirmed by the credential attribute intermediary. An independent claim is included for system for issuing security credential.
