摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# Fusible interlining usable as a front fusible interlining in the textile industry, comprises a carrier layer made of a weakly bound and water jet structured fibrous web (1) or nonwoven fabric, where the carrier layer is bonded only in selected areas by a binding agent and is provided with an adhesive material on at least one side. The carrier layer has a grid-like perforated structure. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The fusible interlining is useful as the front fusible interlining in the textile industry, preferably clothing industry (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The fusible interlining has a high volume and a comfortable grip, improved elastic properties with respect withdrawing speed and reversible elasticity, and is producible in a simple and inexpensive manner. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a schematic planar view of the fusible interlining with perforation. 1 : Fibrous web 2 : Holes 3 : Binding points 4 : Adhesive-materials absorbing polymer particles #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# Preferred Method: The perforated structure is generated by a water-jet process by a structuring a sieve or a stencil. The binding agent and/or the adhesive material are applied in a regular grid-like manner or in an irregular dot pattern. The fibrous web multilayer includes at least one longitudinally- and at least one transversely applied fibrous layer. The adhesive mass points are formed as double points with lower point and upper point, where the lower point includes the binding agent and the upper point includes a thermoplastic polymer. The double points are generated by at least two-stage double-point method, at which the binding agent is temporarily applied on the carrier layer in a first step, and the thermoplastic polymer is applied on the binding agent in a second step. The double points are generated by applying a binding agent-polymer particle-dispersion on the fibrous web, in such a manner that the binding agent at least partially penetrates into the fibrous web and forms the lower points, while the particles of the thermoplastic polymer remain on the surface of the fibrous web and forms the upper points. The binding agent for the lower points is added in an amount, such that the binding of the fibrous web or the weakly bound nonwoven fabric takes place solely by the lower points without further addition of the binding agent. Preferred Components: The carrier layer comprises fibers of recycled polyethylene terephthalate. The surface weight of the carrier layer is 15-120 g/m 2>. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# Fibrous web composed of recycled polyethylene terephthalate-recycled polyethersulfone fibers were introduced into a pre-crosslinking unit under a slightly low-pressure water jets (less than 50 bar) using a mesh sieve for generating a perforated structure, then the wet fibrous web at the inner lining was printed with a dry binding agent-polymer particle-dispersion consisting of auto-crosslinking binding agent-dispersion (with butyl-, ethyl-, acrylate (9 parts), copolyamide powder (24 parts), wetting agent (1 part), thickener (2 parts), and water (59 parts)), later the fibrous web was dried and the binding agent points were crosslinked with the fibers and the polymer particles were sintered, to obtain a fusible interlining.</p>
