Object: a negative radiation-sensitive resin composition with high resolution and high sensitivity, and a cured film for a display device with a good penetration ratio, light stability, voltage maintenance ratio and thermal stability pattern by solving adhesion defects on an ITO substrate are provided. Solution: the present invention for solving the above object is accomplished by a negative radiation-sensitive resin composition including [A] a polymer component including (I) a composing unit including a phenolic hydroxide group in the same or different polymer, (II) a structure unit including a cross-linking group, and (III) a composing unit including a carboxyl group, [B] a non-ionic photo acid generator, and [C] an acid cross-linking agent. |
