The present invention provides a cultivation method of perennial plants. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cultivation method of perennial plants can include a step of precooling the plants and a step of treating the plants at low temperatures. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the cultivation method of perennial plants can include the steps of: preparing a cultivation box to which the plants and a soil layer are provided; precooling the plants; and treating the plants at low temperatures.
