The present invention relates to a polymer scaffold for regenerating a bone and a method for preparing the same, wherein the polymer scaffold for regenerating a bone contains a vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). A surface of the scaffold is mineralized by calcium phosphate-based ceramics, wherein the calcium phosphate-based ceramics are combined with the VEGF.
