An image-based compounding inspection device is disclosed. The device comprises a tablet gathering unit which gathers tablets for a dose, discharged from cartridges at the same time and discharges the tablets to a packing unit; a gathering image acquisition unit which acquires an image of the tablets gathered in the tablet gathering unit; and a control unit which determines the abnormality of the compounding by analyzing the image acquired by the gathering image acquisition unit. Therefore, compounding errors are prevented.
