The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing functional fermenting pottery using natural glaze and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing functional fermenting pottery, featuring that after manufacturing and drying a mold of the pottery, in the process of applying glaze thereto, the natural glaze, in which diatomaceous earth, a fusion-and-compound active mineral, and charcoal powder of bamboo are mixed in water at a temperature from 30 to 35°C and then stirred, is thoroughly applied inside and outside the pottery; and then the pottery is heated at a temperature from 600 to 1,200°C for 72 to 84 hours. Since the functional fermenting pottery manufactured by the method utilizes the natural glaze, the pottery absorbs polluted materials or heavy metals contained in water or food. Also, the fermenting pottery has great deodorizing effects, has an excellent ability to absorb and neutralize harmful heavy metals and toxic materials, prevents fermented fish from being spoiled by reducing the period of aging and fermenting fish, and has excellent effects in improving the unique taste of the fermented fish by activating beneficial strains. |
