The apparatus for in-situ measuring rock, geotechnical and building material permeability according to the present invention is based on a principle of measuring a weight loss of a towed measuring medium during water pressure tests (VTZ) by means of sensitive balance. Thanks to this principle, the sensitivity of measuring the consumptions during VTZ if compared with so far used hardware is higher by 2 to 4 orders and therefore it is possible to carry out in-situ tests even in matrices of very low permeability used as sealing elements of buildings. The invention also relates to a measuring methodology.
