APPARATUS FOR LENS INSPECTION

A lens inspection device is disclosed. The lens inspection device comprises a light source for generating a beam; a beam splitter for splitting the beam to a measurement beam and a reference beam; a lens to be inspected through which the measurement beam passes; a matching liquid in which the lens to be inspected is received; a reference mirror for changing the heading direction of the reference beam; an image sensor for detecting interference patterns caused by the measurement beam and the reference beam in pixels; and an inspection part for inspecting the state of the formed lens to be inspected using the interference patterns. In order to make the inspection part measure the gap of the interference patterns detected by the image sensor, the refractive index of the matching liquid has minimum difference from that of the refractive of the lens to be inspected.
