The humidifier (1) is provided with a rotor (2), the rotation axis and a liquid output that outputs the liquid from the rotor radially outward. The rotor has multiple surfaces (7) projecting circumference of the rotor. The surfaces form an acute angle with a circumferential direction of the rotor.
