<p>Producing diagnostic elements, comprises providing a batch of a chemical detection reagent comprising a coenzyme-dependent enzyme, and an artificial coenzyme; coating a first carrier with a first portion of the batch of the chemical detection reagent; separating the coated first carrier to several first diagnostic elements; producing a batch encoding; coating a second carrier with a second portion of the batch of the chemical detection reagent; separating the coated second carrier to several second diagnostic elements; and optionally verifying and packaging the second diagnostic elements. Producing diagnostic elements, comprises (a) providing a batch of a chemical detection reagent comprising a coenzyme-dependent enzyme, and an artificial coenzyme, (b) coating a first carrier with a first portion of the batch of the chemical detection reagent, (c) separating the coated first carrier to several first diagnostic elements, (d) producing a batch encoding for the batch of the chemical detection reagent using at least one of the first diagnostic elements, (e) coating a second carrier with a second portion of the batch of the chemical detection reagent, (f) separating the coated second carrier to several second diagnostic elements, and (g) optionally verifying and packaging the second diagnostic elements. The second diagnostic elements, before the separation of the coated second carrier, is provided with the batch encoding produced in the step (d). An independent claim is also included for a diagnostic product comprising (A) at least one diagnostic element which comprises (i) a carrier, (ii) a chemical detection reagent comprising a coenzyme-dependent enzyme, and an artificial coenzyme, which is applied on the carrier in form of a layer and (iii) a batch encoding, and (b) optionally at least one needle element for scribing skin.</p> |
