Provided is a method for calculating and assessing nutrient intake, which can calculate nutrients in food intake of a user by using a mobile terminal such as a smartphone and output a result of the calculation to the user, and which enables balanced nutrient intake by calculating the total nutrient intake for a predetermined period and outputting insufficient or superabundant nutrients to the user. |
