The present invention provides an ankle joint aid, a shoe including the same and a manufacturing method thereof. The ankle joint aid comprises: a horizontal part formed long and flat in the lengthwise direction of a foot to support at least part of the sole of the foot in a shoe; and a supporting part that is supported by uppers or a leg or a foot in the uppers of the shoe and has a lower end part elastically connected to the horizontal part to support the horizontal part and to restore the foot in a bended state from the state of a spread ankle joint. The horizontal part has at least a front part divided into right and left parts by a gap formed in the lengthwise direction of the foot with respect to the foot of a wearer to be able to be spread in a widthwise direction. Therefore, the ankle joint aid according to the present invention functions enough using an existing firm shoe structure even if the supporting part is formed to be relatively small. In addition, the body-pressing force of the supporting part of the ankle joint aid is reduced, and the ankle joint aid can be mass-produced in free size within a certain range and material costs can be reduced as the ankle joint aid is contained in a double structure and does not need to fit perfectly into the size of a body. |
