The present invention relates to an easily exchangeable toilet paper-holder. A stored container can be exchanged with using an exchangeable rod so that the paper-holder can dispose the used toilet paper immediately into a trash bin. The toilet paper-holder can store toilet paper, and discard a spent toilet paper roll shaft into the trash bin underneath by ejecting the spent toilet paper roll shaft and replace the spent toilet roll shaft with a replacement roll when toilet paper runs out of. |
