FIELD: weapons and ammunition.SUBSTANCE: controlled bullet comprises separable engine and circular adapter with threaded bush fitted on mid-flight stage tail and jointed with engine by split ring composed by circular sectors. Circular adapter is composed of thin-wall cowling accommodating mid-flight stage airfoils and is equipped with retainer provided with thrust surfaces aligned with rear ends of mid-flight stage wings. Threaded nut jointed with circular sectors is fitted at front end of separable engine. Said nut has straight thrust end facing said cowling and aligned with threaded nut straight thrust end of cowling. Mid-flight stage tails is fitted in central tube arranged in separable engine. Cowling and threaded nut are equipped with collars fitted in circular sector mate grooves.EFFECT: better damping of controlled bullet mid-flight stage, lower drag, smaller sizes and weight, simplified design.2 cl, 4 dwg |
