FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: coffee preparation device contains a cylindrical body intended for charging a coffee capsule therein from the front and discharging it from the rear; the hollow cylinder (4) installed inside the cylinder includes a boiling cavity; on the outside of the hollow cylinder axial guiding grooves and guiding projections are made for guiding axial movement inside the hollow cylinder; on the inside of the said cylindrical body crosswise fixing grooves and guiding projections are made for locking and unlocking. To the left and to the right of the cylindrical body bracing rods are positioned. The tips of the bracing rods enter the windows to the right and to the left of the cylindrical body and retain the coffee capsule inside the cylindrical body. The device has a cartridge structure; the guiding grooves and projections in such structure open the cartridge in the course of axial movement and lock it in the course of crosswise movement. The technical effect achievement is subject to usage of such design of the cartridge guiding groove supplemented with a transmission mechanism implementing straight movement and a reverse mechanism implementing reverse movement.EFFECT: design simplicity, operation ease, safety and reliability of work, maintenance of 30 bar pressure and water leakage prevention.10 cl, 13 dwg |
