The present invention provides a scriber device for compensating eccentricity. The present invention can precisely exert a round shape without distortion when cutting a small round section of a substrate, as well as smooth out a cut surface. Also, the quality of a substrate cutting may be improved without any additional process changes or extra parts and a percentage of defects may be minimized. |
