The invention relates to a container (1) made of a plastic material and having a flat body (2) and a bottom (3) that forms an extension of the body (2), the bottom (3) including: a peripheral base (7) defining a positioning plane (8), the outline of which has, within the plane, a small dimension A2 and a large dimension A1 that is strictly greater than the small dimension, and an inner annular flange (10) that is substantially perpendicular to the positioning plane (8); and a concave arch (13) that extends from the base (7) to a central area (14). In said container: the height H of the flange (10) and the width L of the positioning plane (8) are such that 0.5 ≤ L/H ≤ 1.5; and a transverse extension A of the positioning plane (8) and a transverse extension B of the body (2), measured in the vicinity of the bottom (3), are such that A/B ≥ 0.85. |
