An organic light emitting display device includes a hole injection layer, a light emitting layer, an electron injection layer, a chlorine-doped layer, and a second electrode. The hole injection layer is arranged on a first electrode. The light emitting layer is arranged on the hole injection layer. The electron injection layer is arranged on the light emitting layer. The chlorine-doped layer is arranged on the electron injection layer and includes the same materials included in the electron injection layer and chlorine. The second electrode is arranged on the chlorine-doped layer. Accordingly, the present invention can increase the brightness and the luminance efficiency.
