FIELD: personal use articles.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for conductance of footwear stretching and lasting processes that includes implementation of conductance of a stretching and lasting process with the help of an imitation measurement device with simultaneous measurement of elastic and residual deformation potential in the blank, documenting of the specified elastic and residual deformation potential and setting of the corresponding movement of the operating mechanisms of the imitation measurement device, conductance of electronic recording of the set movements onto a chip or such chip attachment to the blank, installation of the blank with a chip into an automatic stretching and lasting device where information from the chip is read and transferred to the automatic device control unit from where commands are sent for movement of the automatic device working tools carrying out the blank lasting so that to ensure the specified deformation potential therein; further on, standard technological processes of footwear assembly are conducted.EFFECT: method improvement.2 cl, 1 dwg |
