FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cement mortar with improved characteristics for formation of structures, which include synthetic fibres, in particular in form of interlacements, for strengthening of building constructions. Mortar includes methylmethacrylate/n-butylacrylate synthetic resin and glass fibres, dispersed in mortar. Invention also relates to method of strengthening of building constructions with application of said mortar.
