PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restart an idling stopped engine at low costs even when an output value is made high by zero point drift of a liquid pressure sensor of a brake and a brake switch is fixed to an ON side. SOLUTION: Even when a brake switch 17 is fixed to an ON side and output of a liquid pressure sensor of the brake is made to be a higher output value by zero point drift, a detecting means of an idling stop controlling ECU12 detects on-side fixation from on-side continuity of the brake switch 17. On the basis of the detection, a brake liquid pressure condition altering means of the idling stop controlling ECU12 heightens a prescribed threshold of the brake liquid pressure detected by the liquid pressure sensor 6 and when a driver releases the brake to reduce the brake liquid pressure, the idling stopped engine is restarted.
