PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a building capable of reducing fieldwork for the installation of a storage battery as much as possible. SOLUTION: A dwelling house 10 includes a lower story-side building unit 12 and an upper story-side building unit 16 where a lower portion 10A is embedded in the ground. An accumulation battery storage 50 housing an accumulation battery 58 is provided in the lower portion 10A in a factory in advance. Consequently, only a minimum wire connecting operation for connecting the storage battery 58 and an electric storage system 60 for the building suffices for the building to be performed on a building site.
