The present invention relates to a pelvic floor muscle reinforcement exercise aid apparatus using an electromyogram (EMG). According to the present invention, an EMG sensor is attached to a sitting cushion that is in contact with the vicinity of an anus/perineal region so as to reinforce a pelvic floor muscle of a user, and an EMG signal which is measured by the EMG sensor is analyzed during a pelvic floor muscle reinforcement exercise of the user so that it can determined whether or not the user is doing the exercise properly in order to guide the user to perform the exercise more effectively. In the pelvic floor muscle reinforcement exercise aid apparatus using EMG according to the present invention, the EMG of the pelvic floor muscle of the user is measured and analyzed in the sitting cushion at the pelvic floor muscle reinforcement exercise so that the pelvic floor muscle reinforcement exercise of the user can be guided to be more accurate. The present invention includes the EMG sensor that measures the EMG of the pelvic floor muscle on a surface of the sitting cushion which is in contact with the pelvic floor muscle of the user; and a signal processing device that analyzes the EMG signal which is measured by the EMG sensor and displays an exercise state according to the strength of contraction or relaxation of the pelvic floor muscle of the user. |
