摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing piezoelectric ceramics for high power showing excellent piezoelectric properties in high power. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing piezoelectric ceramics for high power comprises a first step of wet mixing material powder, in which piezoelectric ceramics for high power are weighted by composition, with zirconia balls into a polyethylene bottle for 20 hours using ethanol as a medium and drying the mixture; a second step of calcining the dried piezoelectric ceramics for high power for four hours at 850°C using an aluminum oxide crucible; a third step of pulverizing the calcined piezoelectric ceramics for high power by ball milling, drying the piezoelectric ceramics for high power, pre-forming the piezoelectric ceramics for high power into a disc form of diameter 15 mm, and hydrostatic molding the piezoelectric ceramics for high power for five minutes at 100 MPa; a fourth step of heating the molded piezoelectric ceramics for high power at 100°C/h and maintaining the piezoelectric ceramics for high power for five hours at 550°C to remove organic matters contained in the piezoelectric ceramics for high power; and a fifth step of keeping the organic matter-removed piezoelectric ceramics for high power sintered for two hours at 1200°C in a sealed aluminum oxide crucible. According to the present invention, the piezoelectric ceramics for high-power manufactured by the method for manufacturing piezoelectric ceramics for high power can show excellent high-power piezoelectric characteristics. Furthermore, according to the present invention, high-power devices such as an ultrasonic motor, an actuator, a transformer, a sonar, and the like can be manufactured.
