摘要 The present invention relates to pine needle salt for a health functional food and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing pine needle salt for a high functional food having power to exhibit excellent effects through the harmony of pine needles and bamboo salt by combining the effects of pine needles and bamboo salt. To this end, the method of the present invention comprises the steps of: producing the bamboo salt by sequentially adding Korean bay salt in a bamboo, sealing the entrance thereof, and roasting the same at a high temperature of 1200 degrees; finishing the roasted bamboo salt once, three times, and nine times; pulverizing the completed bamboo salt lump into powder; obtaining Korean pure pine needles to be cleanly washed; removing moisture by supporting the pine needles on a tray; soaking the pine needles in purified water for 24 hours so as to remove impurities and toxicity; completely removing moisture in a cool place by supporting the soaked pine needles on a tray; drying the pine needles, from which moisture is removed, in a hot air dryer at 70-80 degrees; pulverizing the dried pine needles in order to be completed; mixing the completed bamboo salt powder and pine needle powder at a ratio of 5:5; and adjusting ratio of the quantities in which the bamboo salt powder and pine needle powder are mixed.
