The present invention relates to a surgical instrument for suturing in a laparoscopic surgery for suturing during a laparoscopic surgery, which is characterized by comprising a bar-shaped rod moving in and out to the inside of an abdominal cavity through trocars mounted on the abdominal cavity; a hook part formed on the rod to form a thread entering hole in which suture enters and allowing the suture to be hung or unhung; and a cover opening and closing the thread entering hole. Accordingly, the surgery time for suturing during a laparoscopic surgery can be reduced and the surgery can be simply operated. |
