The present invention relates to a diagnosing biomarker composition and to a diagnosing kit comprising RNase2 for an aspirin-exacerbated disease. Provided in the present invention is a biomarker composition for diagnosing AERD, which is a biomarker for diagnosing AERD distinguishing with ATA patients, and which is characterized by comprising Rnase2. Moreover, according to an embodiment of the present invention, provided in the present invention is a kit for diagnosing AERD which is characterized by comprising RNase2 or an antibody complementarily binding to the same.
