The present invention relates to a vibration displacement measuring method using an image of a camera, and provides a vibration displacement measuring method using an image of a camera, which calculates an edge value (representative value) of an image of a measurement object as a real number type coordinate value to calculate a vibration displacement, thereby remarkably lowering an error range. The vibration displacement measuring method comprises: a multi-interval secondary differential function calculating step of calculating a multi-interval secondary differential function from an image of an interest area extracted in a representative value calculating step; a reference coordinate point searching step of searching for two reference coordinate points having a zero-crossing point therebetween from the multi-interval secondary differential function calculated in the multi-interval secondary differential function calculating step; and a representative value determining step of calculating a representative value by utilizing two reference coordinate points searched in the reference coordinate point searching step.
