PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly fix panels capable of preventing a connecting member from being exposed and orthogonally crossing each other with good appearance with small number of parts. SOLUTION: One panel 1 and the other panel 2 arranged in an orthogonal shape viewing from above are connected with the connecting member 5 arranged in a corner part formed by both the panels 1, 2. The connecting member 5 is constituted of the first member 6 attached to the lower part of the one panel 1 and the second member 7 attached to the lower part of the other panel 2 according to the attaching position of the first member 6. The first member 6 has an erected engaging part 6a. The second member 7 has a hanging down-shape fitting part 7a fitting to the engaging part 6a so as to hold the same from above.
