The present invention produces, at a low cost, a stable and high-quality foam-molded product exhibiting excellent impact resistance even when used as a resin material when molding a mixed resin comprising a virgin resin and a recycled resin material. In order to do so, the present invention uses a resin material configured by adding a foaming agent to a mixed resin which is formed by mixing a recycled resin material obtained by crushing a resin material that solidified after being melted, and a virgin resin which is not subjected to heat history for melting. Preferably, the abovementioned resin material is formed by mixing a polyethylene elastomer with a polypropylene resin.
