Provided is a plasma-catalytic reactor for removing a hazardous ingredient included in an exhaust gas. A plasma-catalytic reactor includes: a catalyst allowing an exhaust gas to pass through internally and reducing a hazardous gas contained in the exhaust gas by using a catalytic reaction; a first electrode disposed along a moving direction of the exhaust gas and separated from the catalyst by a first space; a second electrode contacting an outer surface of the catalyst and disposed in a peripheral direction of the catalyst; a power supply connected to either one of the first or second electrode.
