Disclosed are a call connection method capable of changing a payer for a telephone charge and a system thereof. If a dialing terminal receives a telephone number of a selected receiving terminal via the telephone number of the receiving terminal and a telephone number of a dialing terminal which are input by a user, the system transmits a call back request signal to a call back system with the telephone number of the receiving terminal instead of transmitting a call request signal corresponding to the telephone number of the receiving terminal. And if the dialing terminal receives the call request signal from the call back system, the system connects telephone communications with the receiving terminal that receives the call request signal from the call back system after allowing the interconnection automatically without any user intervention.
