PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing cathode active materials and a mixing apparatus for the same are provided to improve the efficiency of manufacturing processes by preventing input lines from being clogged. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing cathode active materials includes an iron solution tube(12), a mixed solution line(11), a supercritical water line(20), and a reactor. An iron solution is introduced into an iron solution tube. The mixed solution line surrounds the iron solution tube. The mixed solution line includes a lithium solution tube(14). A lithium solution is introduced into the lithium solution tube. The supercritical water line is in connection with the tip end of the mixed solution line. Supercritical water is introduced into the supercritical water line. The reactor generates cathode active materials by a supercritical reaction.
